The Anthrax Fraud

Several Reasons Why a Single Person could not Produce Weapons Grade Anthrax Spores

The number one question is where did Bruce Ivins get the machine for milling, and where did it go. The spores were milled to extreme weapons grade of 1.5 to 3 microns. It can’t be done without a specialized machine.

The number two question is how did he know what chemical to use on the surface of the spores, when it was secretly patented by the bioweapons laboratory, which he was not a part of.

He didn’t do it.

Investigators of the anthrax incident went to the wrong laboratory to find a scapegoat, which indicates that they are covering for the real culprits. Investigators went to a vaccine laboratory, which has no ability to weaponize anthrax. Anthrax was weaponized in a highly specialized laboratory due to the demanding requirements of not only creating something lethal but keeping it from killing everyone in the vicinity. Why was the Hart Senate Office Building shut down for several years, if Bruce Ivins could create the thing during off-hours and clean up his spills with bleach?

Creating a vaccine is a totally different requirement from weaponizing anthrax. Vaccines are created using liquid cultures. Weaponized anthrax must be a dry powder which stays suspended in the air to be inhaled.

Anthrax evolved to be inhaled by livestock which eat from the ground and sniff at everything on the ground including dead carcasses and feces from anthrax infected animals. To use anthrax as a weapon, it must be designed to be inhaled by humans, which is quite demanding.

A bioweapons laboratory at Ft. Detrick, Maryland meticulously designed a procedure to produce anthrax in a form which would be lethal to humans through inhalation. They used a freeze-drying procedure for dehydrating the spores, then “milled” the lumps down to a fine powder, and coated the spores with one or more chemicals to maximize separation of spores for suspension in the air. Elements of the procedure were patented including the coating of spores with chemicals.

Up to the point of freeze drying, any microbiology laboratory with a starting sample could produce the result with little danger to workers. The bacteria or spores do not come out of a liquid due to surface tension. But milling the clumps to a powder would be impossible to accomplish without an elaborately designed facility to keep the spores contained and out of the lungs of workers.

A specialized milling machine would be needed. The spores were said to be milled to extreme weapons grade of 1.5 to 3 microns (3). How do you get the spores out of the containment chamber without spreading them around and then sterilize the equipment? Special materials and procedures have to be developed. Handling spores which tend to fly around is much more difficult than handling liquid cultures. Such involved procedures would take time and effort making them visible to others in the laboratory.

A large group of people in a highly specialized facility are required to do all that. It can’t be done by a loner messing around in an unspecialized laboratory at night.

One of the persistent frauds of this subject is the pretense that single persons can do complex tasks in a bioweapons laboratory. Even without lethal pathogens, there is an extreme amount of work in preparing, testing and cleaning in dealing with microbes. Setting up conditions takes days or weeks, not hours. Testing has to be repeated over and over to work out the flaws in procedures, let alone make discoveries. Yet Bruce Ivins supposedly did the same thing a group of bioweapons researchers spent several years and millions of dollars to accomplish—during off hours.

Why did the taxpayers spend millions of dollars to weaponize anthrax, if someone could do the exact same thing in their spare time? It’s like saying someone hired a construction crew to build a five story building which took two years and cost $10 million dollars, and then a terrorist did the same thing in the desert in his spare time without a blueprint in one week.

If someone proves unequivocally that one and one equals three, it doesn‘t mean one and one equals three; it means they prove themselves to be liars. The investigators claimed unequivocal proof on the basis that the DNA in question had a segment reversed, which could not be confused with any other sample or misread by the measurements (4). The absoluteness of their claims proves them to be liars. So now they are back-tacking a little and saying maybe the tests weren’t so accurate.

The spores in the envelopes mailed by the terrorists had the same chemical coating as secretly patented by the bioweapons laboratory (3). How could a scientist in the vaccine laboratory do the same thing with the same chemical, which he was not supposed to know about? It didn't happen.

Investigators claim they tested more than a thousand samples of anthrax from around the world and traced the spores to a flask of anthrax bacteria in the vaccine laboratory which Bruce Ivins worked in, and he had control over that flask. It didn't happen. They are lying about their results.

What it means is that the investigators are not just making errors, they are contriving results which did not occur and focusing on the wrong laboratory as a method of protecting the real perpetrators. The real perpetrators were obviously using a false flag terror attack for the purpose of justifying the war on terrorism as described by Glenn Greenwald and Paul Craig Roberts in the articles below.

The latest story by investigators is that Bruce Ivins used a crude preparation of spores, not the weaponized version which was reported earlier. There is no such thing as a crude preparation of anthrax spores. Without elaborate procedures and chemicals, the preparation would gum up like asphalt. Earlier, investigators said spore clumps were 1.5 to 3 microns, which is impossible to accomplish without extreme measures. There’s no way to get the size wrong. Nothing is easier to determine than the size of the clumps. Numerous news articles described the highly refined nature of the spores which were mailed in the letters. Quotes

1. From the Greenwald article:

Surely the question of who generated those false Iraq-anthrax reports is one of the most significant and explosive stories of the last decade. The motive to fabricate reports of bentonite and a link to Saddam is glaring. Those fabrications played some significant role -- I'd argue a very major role -- in propagandizing the American public to perceive of Saddam as a threat, and further, propagandized the public to believe that our country was sufficiently threatened by foreign elements that a whole series of radical policies that the neoconservatives both within and outside of the Bush administration wanted to pursue -- including an attack an Iraq and a whole array of assaults on our basic constitutional framework -- were justified and even necessary in order to survive.

ABC News already knows the answers to these questions. They know who concocted the false bentonite story and who passed it on to them with the specific intent of having them broadcast those false claims to the world, in order to link Saddam to the anthrax attacks and -- as importantly -- to conceal the real culprit(s) (apparently within the U.S. government) who were behind the attacks.

2. From The Roberts article:

The anthrax letters made the “terrorist attack” seem wider and more general. This increased the sense of peril and Americans’ fear and anger, thereby opening wider the door for the Bush Regime’s attack on Iraq and US civil liberty.

3. From the Washington Post Article, October 25, 2001:

The anthrax spores that contaminated the air in Senate Majority Leader Thomas A. Daschle's office had been treated with a chemical additive so sophisticated that only three nations are thought to have been capable of making it...

Each nation used a different technique...

The finding strongly suggests that the anthrax spores in the U.S. mail attacks were not produced in a university or makeshift laboratory...

One of the primary goals of bioweapons engineers since the 1960s was to figure out how to treat those tiny particles in ways that would neutralize the problematic charges.

The process is protected by at least five secret patents...

5. From Rock Creek Free Press, September 2008:

Dr. Ivins was railroaded, and that the news conference was a flimsy web of lies.

“An Army biological and chemical warfare facility in Utah has been quietly developing a virulent, weapons-grade formulation of anthrax spores since at least 1992.”

“Army officials in Washington said yesterday that Fort Detrick does not have the equipment for making dried anthrax spores.”

Dr. Ivins was an immunologist; he had neither the knowledge nor the equipment to produce the silica-coated, electro-statically charged, 1.5 to 5 micron sized, one trillion spore per gram anthrax that was mailed to Senators Leahy and Daschle.

“In my opinion, there are maybe four or five people in the whole country who might be able to make this stuff, and I’m one of them,” said Richard O. Spertzel, former deputy commander of USAMRIID, “And even with a good lab and staff to help run it, it might take me a year to come up with a product as good.”
