There is a lot of fraud in the concept of democracy being promoted by conservatives in government. Supposedly, Reagan created twelve new democracies in Latin America. What does that mean? Elected dictatorship is what the Bush administration is referring to as democracy. Dictatorship is not what created this country, and it won't sustain this country.

A look at any third world country including Iraq shows that complex social structures do not work under conditions of chaos and domination, where government officials require bribes, and public funds get stolen. No one can do anything about it, because laws are not enforced. Laws are not enforced, because people don't get paid enough, and they lack social structures with accountability.

The USA acquired its unique characteristics from the fact that the public was involved in the government. People didn't just elect officials; they had some say in what officials did. The number one requirement was openness and accountability. Such involvement requires constitutional rights, equality, affluence and education. There has to be avenues of expression including media which represents all viewpoints. And there has to be congressmen who respond to the concerns of their constituents.

Even Europe cannot create such a process. Europeans do not have constitutionally protected rights or representative government. They just mimic the Americans. The difference shows up in the European Union. When the public was allowed to vote on it, they flatly rejected it. So the power mongers rewrote the charter and forced it onto the public by decree. And how do they finance it? By extorting American corporations, such as Microsoft, which was fined several billion dollars for not pleasing the nameless gods of the European Union in the design of software. You can be sure that result is being repeated in an infinite number of variations.

The absence of rights for Europeans is evident in so-called hate laws. To enforce hate laws, someone arbitrates values. One of the not-so-conspicuous elements of the US Bill of Rights is that values are not imposed, because it is impossible to define and enforce values. Persons controlling power decree their values to be virtue and their victims' values to be unacceptable. The bliss of power is decreeing murderous schemes to be love and the response by the victims to be hate.

The purposeful democracy which created the USA no longer exists, and the country is disintegrating as a result. People need to be creating the accountability which would solve the problems instead of submitting to the totalitarianism which is being forced onto them. It is possible to influence the result. Only truth can overcome corruption.

Truth is produced by exposing corruption through rationality which includes evidence. There could be no better example than the carbon dioxide fraud. The fraud is promoted in contempt for all evidence based on the authority of a bunch of political hacks who control the IPCC. Any look at the evidence would expose the fraud for what it is. When authority is allowed to dictate fraud without question, totalitarianism is the result, and it destroys countries.

Third would countries cannot create the complex social structures that the USA has, and they should not be trying to. They need a responsible and constructive ruler. A single person ruling is not what totalitarianism is. Totalitarianism is a corrupt standard and ethic imposed by authority in conflict with the needs and concerns of the country. It now characterizes the US government.

"Unitary Executive" is the term being used for the Bush Administration. It involves "signing statements" which defy the laws of Congress, vetoing legislation and refusing to abide by or enforce existing laws. It includes the use of administrative offices for the purpose of mongering power, winning elections and opposing political opponents instead of their created purpose. It also includes the diversion of funding which guts domestic programs, such as giving trillions of dollars to Wall Street investors, which they didn't need and which they invested in real estate creating the housing bubble. It includes huge deficits paid for by tax increases on the middle and lower classes and increases in state and local taxes. And it includes deterioration of infrastructure, institutions and domestic programs required for solving social problems. These oppressive forces diminish the ability of the public to influence the factors which control their lives resulting in totalitarianism.

Totalitarianism includes fascism when the corrupt authority is so dispersed and illusive that its source is only visible through the power structures which enforce it. Authoritarian media is the most visible manifestation of fascism. Authoritarian media is what created the Iraq war and which forces the carbon dioxide fraud onto the public in contempt for the science and evidence.

The diffusion of oppressive forces through the institutions results from common motives of corruption which exist in subconscious minds and function as conspiracies. Sin and conspiracy are used as synonyms in the Bible, because collaboration is how corrupters use the power of numbers to overwhelm vulnerable persons. Corruption is the use of force and violence to overwhelm rationality in society.
