A lot of persons are falling for science propaganda indicating unlimited potential for the wonders of science including space travel. Contrary to such daydreaming, science is rapidly being boxed in by laws of physics which limit its potential. Science never will become much more advanced than it presently is.

The persons who fall for the ploys of unlimited science do not understand what laws of physics are. There are forces which make up subatomic particles. Without those forces, matter does not exist.

But over-imaginative persons assume that matter does not have to exist in a consistent manner, and any laws which govern it can be altered or defied. Technology is made of laws of matter. Technology will never defy the laws which it is made of.

Getting to specifics, one of the basic laws of physics is that energy cannot be created or destroyed. This means that space travel requires energy which must be carried in the craft.

There is a pretense at the extremes of propaganda that some mysterious mechanism eliminates the need for energy. It's not science or technology if it defies the laws which require energy to create motion.

There is a line of propaganda which says anti-gravity eliminates the need for energy. Anti-gravity could not create motion without an energy source.

Gravity is a force between two objects. The farther away from an object you get, the less gravity there is. There is no significant gravitational force in deep space. Eliminating something that is negligible doesn't create motion.

In other words, no magical science will ever create motion without energy. If it creates motion without energy, it's not matter controlled through science and technology. If the basic underlying laws of matter are defied, then it's not matter.

Another problem with spacecraft is that for every force there must be an equal and opposite force. This means that to create motion for a spacecraft, there must be motion in the opposite direction created by an exhaust. Rocket exhaust does this. But it uses matter in the exhaust and propels the matter in the opposite direction of the motion of the spacecraft.

Therefore, spacecraft must carry extra mass, usually as fuel, which is propelled in the opposite direction of the craft. It's impossible to carry enough matter for significant space travel.

So how do UFOs do it? They don't exist as technology. Evil spirits create flashing lights in the sky and fake imagery for gullible fools.

Persons who know nothing about science assume that advanced science will be able to do anything imaginable such as create the ability to walk through walls without going through a door. Propagandists try to rationalize such absurdities by claiming a form (human body) will be disassembled on one side of a wall and reassembled on the other side. That means completely abolishing laws of physics on one side and creating matter on the other side. Matter cannot abolish its own laws or create itself. Such claims are nothing but fraud for fools.

There have been reports of science studies which claim to show anti-gravity. This is more fakery. No scientist would mention anti-gravity in a science journal without being kicked out of science. The word anti-gravity is used for the public only. There are frauds who will say one thing in their science publication and then tell the public something different. This has been occurring relentlessly with the carbon dioxide fraud.

What happens in a laboratory is that the same old forces will be used in a new way, which might include suspending an object, as magnets could do a century ago; and it will be reported to the public as metaphorical anti-gravity. Scientists will hee hee and haw haw, knowing that it isn't really anti-gravity; but the public cannot understand esoteric forces, so you tell them it's like anti-gravity. Frauds then run with the concept propagandizing the public on the unlimited wonders of science.

Why so much fraud? There are corrupt persons who thrive on fraud. They cannot function competitively through rationality, so they exploit fraud. A lot of scientists encourage such fraud, because it promotes funding. In almost every area, scientist over-sell their work to get funding.

In the biological sciences, almost everything will supposedly contribute to the cure of cancer in some way. Nowdays, the exploit is to get green energy out of cellulose. The cellulose is so bulky and full of debris that it costs more to truck it 20 miles than any energy within it is worth. But the scientists keep studying it, propagandizing the public on it's magical fix for everything, just to get more grants.

In other words, the laws of physics are so restrictive that the more advanced science gets, the fewer the breakthroughs. The only significant advances of the past several decades is storing information in a smaller and smaller space and detecting chemicals, particularly DNA structure, more easily. There's nothing magical about it.

Some physicists are producing a line of propaganda along the lines of "Star Gate." Supposedly, an advanced society could travel through space through tunnels called worm holes. Fake physicists claim you can get an analysis of this sort out of relativity.

Guess what? Relativity is an extremely obvious contempt for laws of physics in itself. First, relativity has velocity being determined by the receiving point, so effect precedes cause. Technically, physicists deny it, but they reference to the observer, which is the receiving point. Then they use that garbage to synthesize infinite reference frames for motions. There is no validity in using more than one reference frame. All motion can be, and must be, analyzed with a single reference frame. Otherwise, you don't get a universe, you get a multi-verse. You don't get a consistent set of laws interacting with each other when there is more than one reference frame.

Light contains energy in packets called photons. If there were an infinite number of reference frames and velocities for light, there would be an infinite number of photons, and energy would not be conserved.

And then, physicists tack on a limitation for all velocities to the speed of light and call it relativity. There is nothing in relativity or science that indicates such a thing. Instead, physicists create a simple equation which shows all velocities limited to that of light. There is no reason for that equation to exist. You could just as easily write an equation limiting the speed of automobiles to 55 miles per hour and call it relativity.

In other words, there are frauds within science and out who will tell gullible persons anything they will believe. The supposed magical possibilities of science are nothing but that.

Years ago, people would read science fiction knowing that it was literally absurd, such as flying dinosaurs, but finding it to be entertaining and a convenient way to express social complexities. Nowdays, there is more and more of a tendency to pretend that such things are within the realm of possibilities, and more and more fools who believe it.
